Recently, the 36th ART SHOPPING Contemporary International Art Fair was held at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. Over 2,000 artists from more than 50 countries gathered for this artistic event. Among them, Wan'an folk painting artists Liang Xijiang and Zhang Lijing made a stunning appearance with their works.

Wan'an folk painting, rooted in a millennium-old cultural heritage, is a treasure of art from Jiangxi Province. Recognized as one of the fifth batch of provincial-level intangible cultural heritage projects in Jiangxi, this art form originated from the Tang and Song dynasty temple murals and has evolved into a distinctive art form characterized by "vivid colors and strong rural charm." The works vividly depict farm life and customs along the banks of the Ganjiang River. This exhibition marks the third stop of its international tour this year, following Osaka, Japan, and Spain, and aims to bring cultural symbols of rural memory to the world.
