"The Future of Ceramics" Jingdezhen International Ceramic Art Biennale 2026 will hold at the end of June 2026
On August 11, the schedule for "The Future of Ceramics" Jingdezhen International Ceramic Art Biennale 2026 was officially announced. This edition will take place in Jingdezhen at the end of June 2026 and will invite submissions of 220 works (or sets) from artists worldwide. The Biennale features a total prize pool of 2 million yuan and 66 awards.

Technological advancements have expanded the space and dimensions for ceramic art creation. They have also provided powerful support for the realization of creative concepts. Themed "The Future of Ceramics," this edition will showcase the latest creative achievements in global ceramic art. It will share the wisdom and ideas of artists, and construct an ecological system for ceramic culture and art in the new era. "The Future of Ceramics" is not merely about the inheritance of techniques or the innovation of materials. It also embodies the vision of cultural exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. Artists will present their reflections through their works.
